About Me.
As a practitioner in holistic health and energy wellness, my services may assist you in your journey of wellness through acknowledging your energy health, understanding the chakra system, removing blockages that can in some cases slow us down in moving forward in life, in our beliefs and how we honour ourselves in our human bodies.
The modalities I offer are all unique and mostly personalised as we are not all the same.
I offer one-on-one sessions of balancing and moving blockages in our chakra system. I am drawn to certain crystals that I use to accommodate and assist you. Whilst in this session I will recommend certain crystals or a bracelet you can purchase that will help you after the session with your healing
I love working with our teens. I believe they are our most precious energy, and with the demands of the world today, I offer group sessions where they are in a safe space to tune out, go within, and focus on their journey of self-care, self-love, and connection.
As a child, I knew I was different. I remember lying in bed at night, wiggling my toes out of fear that something greater, like God or monsters, might take me away. I also recall being haunted by the sound of clocks ticking within the walls, a sound no one else could hear. My connection to animals began early, growing up with cats, and later, with my dog, I realised I could communicate with them on a deeper level. I began to sense their emotions, and it became a natural practice to connect with animals and feel their energy.
This sensitivity extended to people as well. I could sense their emotions, thoughts, and energy in a way that was often overwhelming. There was a time when going out in public felt draining, and I had to learn how to protect my own energy. This journey led me to explore deeper into energy work, self-discovery, and healing practices.
In January 2022, my sister became unwell and had a stroke. The moment I heard the news, I instinctively wanted to help her through healing, even though I didn’t fully understand the extent of my abilities. I lay on my bed, focused all my energy on her, and visualised wrapping her in a cloud of love and healing. As I concentrated, I felt an undeniable sensation in my palms—a warmth and energy flowing out of them. This profound experience began my journey into energy work, crystal healing, and understanding my true purpose.
Today, I am deeply grateful for the gift of being a conduit for healing and clarity. Helping others find peace and balance in their lives fills me with honor and joy, and I cherish the opportunity to bring calm and light to those on their journey.
